March Gladness

March is a time of renewal and rejuvenation, and what better way to celebrate than with March Gladness? March has been designated for health, wellness, gladness, and gratefulness. I love spreading joy and positivity, which is the perfect inspiration for celebrating this month.


Here are some tips for celebrating March Gladness with me:

1. Set positive intentions. At the beginning of March, set positive intentions for the month. Focus on what you want to achieve and how you want to feel. Setting positive choices is a powerful way to manifest your goals.

2. Find joy in the small things. Did you know happiness can be found in many simple things? Take time to appreciate the beauty around you; the blooming flowers or the birds singing in the trees. Find joy in the simple pleasures of life.

3. Practice self-care. Self-care is essential to living a happy life, and I greatly advocate taking care of ourselves. Take time this month to practice self-care; through meditation, exercise, reading, or simply taking a relaxing bath.

4. Spread positivity. People commend me for my positive energy and uplifting spirit. Follow my lead and spread positivity this month. Find ways to make others feel good through a kind word or a thoughtful gesture. Even when you don’t feel like it. 

5. Try something new. I’m constantly challenging myself and trying new things. This March, step out of your comfort zone and try something new. Take a dance class or try a new hobby; you never know where it might lead.
